NASA launches manned spacecraft for the first time since 2011

  • According to Indian time, SpaceX’s rocket took off at around 1 pm on Saturday.
  • For the first time since 21 July 2011, no human mission has been sent to space from American Earth
  • SpaceX is the company of American industrialist Elon Musk.

Two NASA astronauts made a historic flight to the International Space Station amid the possibility of strong storms and inclement weather. At about two o’clock Indian time, both NASA astronauts left for the International Space Station. Robert Benken and Douglas Hurley have created history by flying for this expedition.

President Trump expressed happiness

President Trump expressed happiness at the launch of the manned spacecraft. “I am very happy to announce that the SpaceX Dragon capsule has successfully reached the Earth’s inner orbit and that our astronauts are safe and sound.” With this, whatever time wasted in this decade, it was fulfilled. Now, this new era of American ambition has begun.

NASA’s first manned spacecraft

The spacecraft of American industrialist Elon Musk’s company SpaceX was launched through NASA’s most trusted 270-foot Falcon-9. This is the first time astronauts have been sent into space through a private company. The name of this mission is ‘Crew Demo-2’ and the spacecraft is named ‘Cree Dragon’. Significantly, Elon Musk’s company SpaceX is working with NASA on several space missions for the future.

It is NASA’s first manned spacecraft launched from US soil in nearly a decade. Since the space shuttle was retired in 2011, NASA relied on the Russian spacecraft to take its spacecraft and astronauts to the space station which is launched from Kazakhstan.

Because of this, there is also huge pressure on money in America. This is why the US is trying to use Elon Musk’s company to finance its spacecraft.

The rocket, designed and built by the Space X company of Elon Musk, flew to the International Space Station ISS with NASA astronauts Astronauts. The mission was to be launched on 27 May but was delayed due to inclement weather at the last minute. This is the first time nine years since NASA discontinued its space shuttle program in 2011. This is also the first time that a private spacecraft company has used its rocket to take humans to space.

The NASA SpaceX Launch was completed from the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Cape Convaral, Florida. This will be the first time the United States has sent its earth from space. NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine has given all the information about this launch. This center had put the first flight from the earth to go to the moon.

According to US time, the rocket was launched at 3.22 pm on Saturday. Both astronauts boarded the SpaceX rocket with all preparations. Earlier on Wednesday, this launch had to be postponed due to bad weather. Earlier the help of Soyuz of Russia was taken. The JF Kennedy Space Center has conducted several launches before. The shuttle Columbia carrying Apollo to the moon, Mariner to Mars and Indian-origin Astronaut Kalpana Chawla was also launched from here.
